Clayton Connect, the transportation division of Clayton Homes, is actively searching for Pilot Drivers. Pilot Drivers follow behind or drive in front of our Toter drivers who pull our manufactured homes.

Driving an oversized load creates unique safety concerns that our Pilot Drivers help to address - from switching lanes to bridge crossings - they ensure the safety of the Toter driver, their load, and everyone else on the road.

Position Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License with ability to pass defensive driving certification tests
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
• Availability for overnight stays 2-3 nights a week

Pilot drivers are eligible for overtime and work an average of 50-55 hours weekly. Training provided!
